Aslı is a qualified intellectual property lawyer specializing in trademark prosecution, litigation, and unfair competition. She graduated from Koç University in Istanbul and holds an LL.M., with her thesis focusing on the use of trademarks in Türkiye. She is also a certified Sworn Translator.
Aslı has experience across a broad range of intellectual property matters, including managing trademark applications and oppositions before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, advising on trademark law, and assisting clients in unfair competition disputes.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, such as the International Trademark Association (INTA), the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA), MARQUES, and AIPPI, through which she remains closely engaged with developments in the field. Aslı also serves on ECTA’s Law Committee and the MARQUES International Trade Mark Law and Practice Team.
