Arifia is a Principal and the Head of Patent Agency Group based in the Indonesia Office.
Arifia is a patent prosecution specialist and registered IP Consultant with more than 20 years of experience. She joined Rouse in early 2014 and is head of the Patent & Design Prosecution team becoming a Principal in 2020.
Arifia holds a dual degree in Chemical Engineering and Law. She manages the patent practice in Indonesia and is known for her ability to handle complex patent prosecution and patent advisory matters. Some of her recent works have successfully achieved her recognition in recent directories. Arifia's technical expertise is reflected in both her client work and published articles. She also provides consultancy services such as patent drafting, patent search analytics (patent landscape, freedom to operate analysis, due diligence), patent infringement, and advisory.
Arifia is a member of the Standing Committee on Patents for Association International pour la Protection de la Propriete Intellectuelle (AIPPI).
