Antonina Pakharenko-Anderson is a Managing Partner and founder of Pakharenko & Partners, one of the first private intellectual property and law firms in Ukraine. She is a Doctor of Laws, a registered Ukrainian patent and trademark attorney. Antonina has a vast experience in consultancy on IPR issues on both national and international level. Provides overall management of the law firm, cooperates with national and international organizations, works on projects that are aimed at policy-making in intellectual property sphere.
Antonina is the President of the Ukraine Alliance Against Counterfeiting and Piracy (UAACP) which is a member of GACG (Global Anti-Counterfeiting Group Network), the President of the Ukrainian National Group of AIPPI, Vice-Chairman of ICC Ukraine on intellectual property issues.
She was also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine.
Antonina has practical experience in mediating complex trademark disputes as a certified trademark mediator (certification by the International Trademark Association (INTA).
She is serving as a Panelist/Neutral of the Forum (formerly, the National Arbitration Forum, USA), an ICANN accredited provider of services in arbitration and mediation of domain name disputes.
