Anne Desaix is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her work mainly focuses on patents in the field of life sciences. She represents major French and international research laboratories and innovative SMEs. She has an extensive expertise in long-term protection strategies and constitution of patent portfolios in pioneering technologies. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). Anne has acquired a great wealth of experience in handling complex proceedings before the EPO and before the French courts. She regularly conducts patent portfolio assessment audits during major corporate changes (raising funds, stock market floats…). She is an active member of the ACPI, the AIPPI, the FICPI and the EPLIT. Anne is also a registered Mediator in the field of industrial property at the International Arbitration Chamber of Paris. Anne joined EGYP, a company of Plasseraud IP Group, in 1986 where she has been a Partner since 1995.
