I am a partner in our Intellectual Property group in Paris. Over the last seventeen years I have built extensive experience across the full spectrum of IP with a particular focus on patent litigation.
Offering in-depth expertise in contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with specialist skills in patent litigation in pharma, electronics and telecoms, I also have vast experience in 'soft IP' matters, advising major pharma, luxury, sports, food and beverage and electrical goods companies on sensitive trade mark and design matters. I also advise our clients on negotiating IP-related contracts.
As well as teaching intellectual property law at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas, I'm a regular speaker at major legal and industry conferences such as ABA, LESI and ABPI.
Today, I am President of the French chapter of LESI.
