Anna Giedke specializes in patent infringement proceedings, including associated antitrust and contractual matters. When advising clients on contracts and agreements, Anna focusses on FRAND negotiations, R & D, and technology transfer agreements as well as on relevant (EU) antitrust law.
Anna represents leading international companies in mostly multi-national cases featuring parallel proceedings in the U.S., Asia, or the European Union.
Her technological focus is multi-facetted, spanning not only semiconductor technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, IT, and computer technology but also the automotive industry, medical engineering, and life sciences.
One of Anna’s strengths is answering complex technological and procedural questions. This will be particularly effective when advising on the many new possibilities of procedural tactics and patent strategy which are opening up before the UPC.
