Andreas Kabisch advises and represents clients primarily in the field of patent law, with a special focus on patent infringement and inspection proceedings. His clients include nationally as well as internationally operating companies, in particular in the fields of telecommunications infrastructure, medical devices, chemistry and mechanics.
Other areas of practice include the negotiation and drafting of IP-related agreements, in particular license agreements and research and development agreements. He supports clients in the establishment, maintenance and exploitation of trademark, design and patent portfolios.
