Acting as head of the firm's anti-counterfeiting team in France since 2019, Alexia is a litigator specializing in the enforcement of trademarks, registered designs and copyrights.
Since 2019, she has worked diligently in the fight against counterfeiting, working closely with the firm's French and foreign clients to craft and implement effective strategies, especially in the fashion, perfumes, cosmetics, luxury goods and pharmaceutical sectors.
In this role, Alexia assists clients in their investigations online and offline, in Customs surveillance and subsequent proceedings. She also offers her clients ample experience in liaising with the main public authorities to strengthen anti-counterfeiting programs.
In addition to civil proceedings, she has developed significant expertise in representing IP right owners in connection with criminal proceedings as well.
She is a member of ECTA and she has served on the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee since 2023.
She is also a member of APRAM (French association of practitioners in trademarks and registered designs) and of the Expert College of UNIFAB (French Trade Association dedicated to fight against infringement).
Alexia speaks as lecturer twice a year in a course on the protection of designs, at the Ateliers Art de France, the Professional Union of art crafts (since 2018).
