Agis Charalambous is a practising attorney at law and an instrumental part of the firm’s IP Department. Agis is regularly appointed as the project manager for international trademark applications, and actively safeguards our clients’ rights by defending or lodging several oppositions before the National and European Office. He is advising clients on a daily basis on all IPR matters including trademark management, strategy and filing. He has been consistently recognised and recommended for his expertise in Intellectual Property.
Agis was also one of the expert speakers at the 1st Cyprus IP Day.
Agis' experience includes the provision of a legal opinion for one of the most known national retailers of goods and services in Cyprus, providing legal assistance to Cypriot as well as foreign start – up companies in relation to CYTMs, EUTMs and international Trademark registrations and management, having mediated and settled a case for an SME in an exhaustion of rights case against an internationally known company, provision of legal advice to software companies pertaining to software copyright and online trademark infringement, trademark registrations, filings and oppositions and protection in various jurisdictions.
