IP Star Iain Connor left the firm in 2023. In 2025, the firm hired four IP lawyers from Deloitte Legal to bolster its UK IP practice. Paul Garland, Rachael Barber, and Jeremy Harris joined as partners, while Richard Reeve-Young was appointed as a legal director.

Patent

The firm has experienced departures in its IP and life sciences departments in recent years.  Former head of IP and life sciences Clare Tunstall and life sciences lawyer Mario Subramaniam left in 2024.
