Ashutosh Upadhyaya

Ashutosh is a managing associate at Anand and Anand with over nine years’ experience in intellectual property (IP) rights laws, with a focus on IP litigation, advisory, and enforcement.

He regularly appears before the High Court and District Courts of Delhi and represents clients in IP and commercial litigation before the Calcutta and Bombay High Courts. Ashutosh’s practice areas also include advisory and consultation in the fields of IP infringement, anti-counterfeiting, advertisement/entertainment laws, legal metrology laws, packaging, food safety laws, technology laws, luxury goods laws, and IP licensing.
