Maynard Cooper hires IP attorney in San Francisco

Maynard Cooper & Gale has hired attorney Sasha Rao, who will join the firm’s intellectual property litigation and technology practices in San Francisco

Rao was previously a partner at Bingham McCutchen – which she joined last year – and, before that, Ropes & Gray.

Her work includes representing technology companies in Silicon Valley in both bench and jury trials, Markman hearings and post-grant invalidity challenges in the USPTO.

Her trial work includes patent infringement, Hatch-Waxman cases, trade secrets, copyrights and other issues related to intellectual property.
