Data: District court Section 101 decisions since Alice

With three more district court Section 101 actions last week, patent claims have now been declared invalid in 22 district court cases as a result of the Supreme Court’s Alice v CLS verdict, according to data from Docket Navigator, as well as four Federal Circuit cases
