Smith Gambrell & Russell has boosted its Washington, DC IP practice with the addition of eight patent attorneys.
The group consists of three partners, three counsel and two associates. The new hires have joined from the Washington, DC office of Murphy & King.
Partner Edward Pennington will head his new firm’s intellectual property litigation practice. Stephanie Scruggs and Sid Pandit are also joining the firm as partners.
