Saturday October 20

AIPPI World Intellectual Property Congress in Seoul until October 23. Managing IP will be reporting from the Congress and co-publishing the AIPPI Congress news.

Monday October 22

INTA begins to host a series of lunchtime talks across the US on Trademark Protection under Madrid and OHIM.

Tuesday October 23

The EPO’s Budget & Finance Committee meets in Munich on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Thursday October 25

AIPLA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC until Saturday. Managing IP will be reporting from the Meeting and co-publishing the AIPLA Daily Report.

The EPO’s Administrative Council meets in Munich until Friday.

The Court of Justice of the EU rules in Rintisch, in a case relating to the use of a trade mark in a form different from that in which it was registered.
