Managing IP to host webinar on patent eligibility

Managing IP and Lexis Nexis are hosting a webinar on the state of patent eligibility in the United States on September 19 at 4pm London/11am New York

Anyone can register to listen and see the webinar. Full details will be sent by email on registration. There is no charge to participants.

Speakers in the webinar will discuss the recent Supreme Court decision in Prometheus and the Federal Circuit ruling in Myriad. They will debate the impact of recent developments on gene patents and the medical field and discuss how the USPTO is likely to react.

The webinar is expected to last about an hour and will include short presentations, and an opportunity to ask the panel questions.
