WIPO’s Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights: Twenty-Fourth Session, held in Geneva until July 25.

WTO’s dispute resolution body meets in Geneva. Among the agenda items is a status report by the US on how it is implementing WTO recommendations about section 110(5) of the US Copyright Act.

The USPTO is likely to publish proposed rules on first-inventor-to-file this week.
