EIP Digital, the electronics practice of trade mark and patent attorney firm EIP, has hired partner Neil Condon from RCG Jenkins.
Condon, formerly the head of Jenkins's Bristol office, has experience of oral proceedings before the EPO, its opposition divisions and boards of appeal. Before Jenkins he was at Siemens UK.
His hire is the fourth addition to the EIP Digital group this year, and the team now has seven partners.
