Haynes & Boone adds two Kenyon & Kenyon ANDA attorneys

Haynes and Boone has added Whitney Remily and John Bateman to its Hatch-Waxman/ANDA practice group

They both join as partners from the Washington DC office of Kenyon & Kenyon.

Remily has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer and registered patent agent. Her practice focuses on transactional work in the pharmaceutical field with a particular focus on rendering patent opinions.

Bateman has more than 20 years of experience litigating patent disputes. His practice focuses on matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology and agrochemicals, with a special emphasis on representing generic companies in Hatch-Waxman cases.
