David Brinck has joined IP law firm EIP’s London office

David Brinck

A patent attorney, Brinck (right) was formerly a partner of RGC Jenkins & Co for nine years and specialises in electronics and optics.

The firm has also promoted Nick Transier to partner in its San Diego office. He is a member of the team devoted to post-grant proceedings at the USPTO and was formerly with Cooley.

In total EIP has hired six partners in the past year, plus six associates and one patent searcher.
