Join Zacco’s Antonio Marsico and Karin Kärvling Søholt for a webinar on the transformative impact of AI and other technological advances on global IP law firms, and what this means in practice

The most capable intellectual property firms have always been a partner to the businesses they support. It has always been important to deploy experts in IP who know their clients and the industries within which they operate, and who are able to provide practical insight into how and where to protect their innovation, their brands, and ultimately their competitive advantage.

In the age of AI, where clients are able to retrieve split-second insight, delivered confidently… if not always accurately… then the expertise and judgement behind decision-making becomes more valuable than ever. Companies need people who know their business, their own clients and customers, and often the local area within which they operate. The most successful IP firms of the next decade will be those that can cut through the noise, finding a working balance between good judgement and navigating the growing pressures of AI on efficiency, scalability, and quality.

The latest webinar from Zacco, in association with Managing IP, explores how AI and automation are already transforming intellectual property processes from periodic analysis into a continuous operating system – one that integrates insight and workflow automation with expert validation and judgement.

Antonio and Karin will examine why this shift is forcing new commercial models, as AI compresses work and redefines time-based billing, and how IP value is created and delivered. They will introduce practical examples of their potential real-world use, providing insight on areas perfect for integration, and perhaps most importantly, when and where to set guardrails.
