Oscar Rubio’s practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution as well as oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office. He also performs freedom-to-operate and risk-of-infringement analyses and regularly acts as a technical expert in infringement and nullity proceedings before the Spanish courts.

His technical background spans a broad range of engineering fields, including renewable energy, metallurgy, automotive, medical devices, and mechanical engineering.
