This joining of forces creates an even more impressive team of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law, who are renowned worldwide as experts in their fields.
Besides the significant additions in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and life science sectors, we are also strengthening our electrical and mechanical engineering teams as well as our trademark group. Thus, we are also optimally positioned for disputes before the UPC.
With the joint experience of two long-established law firms, we gain synergies in strategically important areas including complex international proceedings and continue to provide unrivaled advice to companies, small and large, in all matters relating to intellectual property rights.
By joining forces, HOFFMANN EITLE will have one of the strongest IP-teams in Europe with more than 150 patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law, approx. 80 of whom have a focus on life sciences.
The Munich office of KSVR decided to remain an independent boutique law firm, advising Central European direct clients under the name Szynka Smorodin.
