Henrik Skødt, Ph.D. European Patent Attorney, UPC Representative, Partner, Barcelona office Henrik Skødt earned a master’s degree in chemistry and physics and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Copenhagen. He passed the European Qualifying Examination in 2007 and obtained the CEIPI litigation certificate in 2011. He has built extensive experience in the patent field, including EPO oppositions and appeals and drafting and prosecution of patent applications. He offers in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical patent issues, having gained experience from both generic and originator perspectives, including working in-house as Head of Oppositions at Novartis. |
