The 2023 edition of Managing IP’s Rising Stars publication is now available online

Managing IP's Rising Stars list recognises some of the best up-and-coming intellectual property practitioners in private practice who contributed to the success of their firms and clients.

This year's list featured more than 1,300 practitioners and over 400 firms across 56 jurisdictions. To see the Rising Stars, go to the page of a firm or jurisdiction and click on the 'Practitioners' tab. See the jurisdictions with practitioner rankings below.

We know there are more excellent junior IP practitioners who also deserve to be featured in this publication and therefore we will continue with our research to find more to consider for the 2024 edition. Please contact us or our research team (email here) if you have suggestions, feedback or questions.

Congratulations to all the firms and practitioners recognised this year.

About the Rising Stars list

Managing IP launched its Rising Stars publication in 2018 (see here). The publication is produced by the IP STARS research team; it is distinct and not connected to the LMG Rising Stars Awards programme, which is produced by a different research team within Delinian.

This year's list is based on the information obtained during the research period for the 2023 edition of IP STARS rankings and Managing IP Awards programme (September 2022 to February 2023). The number of practitioners, firms and jurisdictions featured each year is subject to change. Learn more about the publication here.
