Maria Herlitz Sundelius is recognised for making the lives of her colleagues easier.

The H&M attorney focuses on the prosecution, enforcement and litigation of two global trademark portfolios, design clearance and copyright disputes.

She is praised for her ability to explain complex matters in simple terms, her willingness to think outside the box and try new approaches, and her likability.

Herlitz Sundelius says the most interesting part of her job is the wide variety of intellectual property work her company does.

“It is very exciting to work on such a wide range of different IP challenges on a global level,” she says.

She has worked at the fashion business since 2013.
