IP STARS 2022: all the firm rankings

IP STARS 2022 statistics

This year’s firm rankings cover several practice areas, including copyright, intellectual property transactions, patent litigation, and trademark protection

We are delighted to announce the publication of our firm rankings for intellectual property transactions and copyright and related rights work. This news means that all the firm rankings for the 2022 edition of IP STARS are now available on www.ipstars.com.

The firm rankings complement our IP Stars list, which recognises the leading senior IP practitioners in private practice. This year’s edition features more than 80 jurisdictions across Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. See all of them below.

The core research was conducted between September 2021 and February 2022 by Managing IP’s team of research analysts. Read about all the rankings published thus far and our research methodology here.

We would like to use this opportunity to thank all the firms and client referees who participated in the research. Please contact us or our research team (email here) if you have any questions or feedback.

Congratulations to all the firms and practitioners ranked this year.

Coming up next

The remaining rankings for this year's edition are the 2022 Rising Stars list, which recognises the best up-and-coming practitioners in private practice, and the Corporate IP Stars list, which recognises in-house counsel. Both lists will be published later in September.

Webinar and research for the 2023 edition

Research plans are already underway for the 2023 edition of IP STARS rankings and Managing IP Awards programme. We will host a webinar on September 15 to provide guidance and answer questions about the research.

Register here to join the webinar or receive a notification of the recording, if unable to attend.
