Gevers merges with Orès

IP firms Gevers, headquartered in Belgium, and Paris-based Orès, have combined their French IP practices

Gevers France has become the main shareholder of Orès, though the two firms will retain their existing identities, staff and premises.

Gevers has more than 200 staff in eight offices in Europe and handles more than 210,000 IP rights. Orès was founded in 1972 and employs about 60 people.
