Stella Cramer has joined the Singapore office of Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner

Her practice covers sourcing and technology, intellectual property and data privacy. She was most recently with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as head of legal and compliance, data technology and operations, group legal and compliance.
