SIPO appoints two deputy directors

China’s State Intellectual Property Office has announced that He Zhimin and Liu Tao have been appointed as deputy directors

He and Liu are replacing Li Yuguang and Bao Hong. In addition to being a deputy director, Bao was also a member of the Party committee within SIPO.

SIPO has six deputy directors serving below director Shen Changyu, who replaced Tian Lipu in December.
