Venable adds ITC practitioner in DC

Venable has added ITC practitioner Andrew Pratt as a partner in its Washington, DC office.

Pratt comes to Venable from Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg, where he litigated IP matters relating to software, circuits, semiconductor fabrication and processing, Internet business methods, chemical compositions, and mechanical devices.

Pratt has helped lead 15 matters before the ITC in the last few years, including eight patent trials. He has won victories for producers of multifunction device in ITC 337 proceedings.
