Mayer Brown hires Fitzpatrick partner in New York

Colleen Tracy has joined Mayer Brown in New York as a partner in the intellectual property practice

She was previously a partner at Fitzpatrick Cella Harper & Scinto and served as that firm’s first female managing partner.

Tracy has experience in complex patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, and biotechnological fields, representing companies in litigations involving pharmaceutical compounds and compositions. She also has experience in litigating abbreviated new drug application cases brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Additionally, she has conducted IP due diligence and has provided licensing and IP counsel to clients.
