K&L Gates adds Palo Alto IP litigation partner from MoFo

Scott Oliver has joined the Palo Alto office of K&L Gates as partner in the intellectual property litigation practice

Oliver joins from Morrison & Foerster.

Oliver focuses his practice on patent, copyright, trade secret, and complex technology-related disputes, both in state and federal courts as well as before the International Trade Commission.
