Latham & Watkins adds IP litigator in Chicago

Latham & Watkins has added litigator David Callahan as a partner in its Chicago office

Callahan joins the firm from Kirkland & Ellis. His practice focuses on complex litigation in the areas of patent, trademark, trade secret, false advertising and unfair competition.

He has more than 20 years of experience litigating intellectual property matters and has significant experience in disputes concerning medical devices, semiconductors, consumer products, automotive products, and business methods among others.
