O’Melveny hires IP transactions partner Heather Meeker

Heather Meeker is joining the Silicon Valley office of O’Melveny & Myers as a partner and member of the technology transactions group

Her experience includes: advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and licensing of critical intellectual property assets; handling intellectual property aspects of M&A transactions; and counselling on strategic issues relating to open source business models, software copyrights and patents, and IP litigation.

She joins from Greenberg Traurig.
