Delhi High Court affirms that tag lines and slogans are protectable as trade marks

In an order from the divisional bench panel last Friday, the Delhi High Court affirmed that taglines and slogans can be trade marks, and that international companies need to be consistent in their legal arguments even across jurisdictions
