US Senate confirms nomination of ITC judge

The US Senate has confirmed the nomination of former George Washington University Law School professor F Scott Kieff as an ITC judge.

Kieff, whose nomination was confirmed on Friday, was nominated by President Barack Obama in February. He previously worked at Jenner & Block and the now defunct Pennie & Edmonds.
