Patent lawyer Richard Willoughby will join D Young & Co’s dispute resolution and legal group in September, Managing IP has learned.
Willoughby, who is particularly known for his work in life sciences, joins from Rouse in London. He was formerly a partner of Howrey and also chairs the LES (Britain & Ireland) Laws Committee.
D Young & Co became the UK’s first legal disciplinary practice in 2010, and combines patent attorneys and solicitors in the same firm.
