JAMS recruits former Federal Circuit chief mediator

James Amend

JAMS, a private provider of mediation and arbitration services, has added James Amend to its panel.

Amend will be based in the JAMS Chicago Resolution Center as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in areas including intellectual property, business/commercial and engineering disputes involving technology. He has more than 40 years of intellectual property experience, including seven years as chief circuit mediator for the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
