Mayer Brown gets new head of Asia IP

Gabriela Kennedy is leaving the Hong Kong office of Hogan Lovells to join Mayer Brown JSM as head of Asia IP.

Kennedy is an IP lawyer with expertise in IT outsourcing, issues stemming from cloud-computing, smart card projects, the regulation of encryption technology, software licensing and disputes regarding failed IT projects.
