William "Skip" Fisher today joined the Shanghai office of Hogan Lovells.
An IP litigator, he was formerly a partner of Perkins Coie based in Seattle, focusing on the technology, media and telecoms industries.
Fisher speaks Mandarin and had previously spent two years in the Shanghai office of Lovells.
The firm also recently added outbound China IP partner Song Zhu to its San Francisco office.
