Simone IP Services adds new director

Clifford Borg-Marks has joined Simone IP Services in Hong Kong

Borg-Marks's practice focuses on China, specifically trade mark strategy, prosecution, IP transactions, enforcement, government relations and matters involving internet domains.  

Prior to joining SIPS, he was Malta's ambassador to China in Beijing for two years. He was previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie, where he was head of the China IP practice.

Borg-Marks is also visiting professor at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.
