Valideus launches in US with Neuman hire

New gTLD specialist Valideus, based in London, is launching a sister company, Valideus USA, based in Virginia, USA

Jeff Neuman (right) is joining the new company as senior vice president. For the past five years he has led Neustar’s registry services team, where he worked on the launch of more than 350 new gTLDs such as .nyc.

Valideus managed more than 120 new gTLDs applications for brand owners in the first round of Icann’s new gTLD programme and also provides registry management services.

Neuman, who trained as a lawyer, has been with Neustar for more than 15 years. He was also a member of Icann’s GNSO from 2003 to 2005 and 2010 to 2013 and has chaired a number of Icann groups.
