John Welch has joined Wolf Greenfield & Sacks as counsel in the trade mark group

Welch is a frequent author and lecturer on trade mark law, and particularly on the procedure and jurisprudence of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He is the founder and publisher of The TTABlog, one of the longest running respected trade mark-focused blogs.

Before joining Wolf Greenfield, he served as counsel in the trade mark and copyright group at the law firm Lando & Anastasi.
