In the first podcast profiling winners of Managing IP’s 2021 awards, we speak to Pons IP about the impact of technology on IP legal services

Lawyers must become increasingly tech-savvy as artificial intelligence and other technologies make their mark on the IP legal services industry, a Managing IP podcast heard.

Managing editor Ed Conlon sat down with counsel at Pons IP and blockchain specialist Signeblock to discuss the future of technology in IP protection. He was joined by Pons IP of counsel Jose Carlos Erdozain and international affairs director Isabel Cortés, as well as Signeblock CEO Marta Gutiérrez.

Pons IP recently won the Trademark Prosecution (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms) Firm of the Year award for Spain. The awards ceremony was conducted virtually this year.
