Delhi Police approach brings results for IP

In the mid-1990s Delhi Police showed the way to the rest of India by setting up a dedicated team to tackle IP infringement. The unit is making good progress. UK Katna, joint commissioner of the Delhi Police and the leading IP enforcer in the city, spoke to Ralph Cunningham about how he and his officers combat IP offences
