Kelly is an Irish trade mark agent and a European trade mark and design attorney.
He has acted for clients including UPC, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Calor in the Irish courts and is also a lecturer, tutor and examiner on the Law Society of Ireland’s professional training courses for solicitors.
