Mayer Brown adds 11-lawyer team from Steptoe & Johnson

Jamie Beaber has joined Mayer Brown in Washington, DC as a partner in the intellectual property practice

He, along with four counsel and six associates in Washington, DC, and Chicago, joins from Steptoe & Johnson.

Beaber focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including unfair import actions under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 as well as Customs issues arising from these proceedings. He has handled more than 50 investigations before the US International Trade Commission.
