Novak Druce adds four litigators

Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg has hired four partners: William Sloan Coats in Silicon Valley, James Glenn and John Weatherspoon in Houston, and Chris Holm in Los Angeles

Coats joins Novak Druce’s San Francisco and Cupertino offices. He was previously a partner at Greenberg Traurig, and focuses on IP litigation for the computer, electronics, entertainment and movie industries.

Glenn moves to Novak Druce from the Houston office of Morgan Lewis. He concentrates on high-tech patent litigation, both in the US and internationally.

Weatherspoon joins as a partner in the litigation and life sciences pharmaceutical group. He previously served as a biotechnology patent examiner at the USPTO.

Holm was previously with Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy in Los Angeles, and focuses on high-tech litigation.
