Tech litigator joins RPC

Technology litigator Anna Cook joined RPC from Radiant Law in London on November 27

Anna Cook

Prior to joining Radiant in 2012, she was a partner at Wedlake Bell.

Cook (right) specialises in resolving contractual disputes, particularly in relation to technology contracts, and acted for De Beers in its dispute with Atos Origin IT Services.

She is a trustee of the Society for Computers & Law and a member of its media board.

She is accompanied by senior associate Sarah Hill, a litigator focusing on IT projects and services contracts and negligence issues.
